- Voice cloning technology
- AI image generation

- API access for developers

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep this information up to date.
You agree NOT to use our services to:
- Create content that impersonates real individuals without consent
- Generate harmful, illegal, or fraudulent content
- Spread misinformation or deepfakes
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
- Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you create using our services. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the services.
Our Services: ArtHub AI and its licensors retain all rights in the services, including software, algorithms, and documentation.
Certain services require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect current billing periods.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
